Appointment of Mathias Rohe to the board of trustees of the Islamkolleg Deutschland e.V.
Mathias Rohe, EZIRE director, law professor at FAU and Islamic scholar, has been appointed to the board of trustees of the Islamkolleg Deutschland e.V. with effect from January 1, 2021. Since it was founded at the end of 2019, the Islam College in Osnabrück has dedicated itself to the training of German-speaking religious supervisors for the mosque communities in Germany. The facility, which was created on the initiative of the Institute for Islamic Theology at the University of Osnabrück, is funded by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and the Federal Ministry of the Interior, among others.
