The term “Parallel Justice” refers to an alternative dispute resolution that is not based on the democratic statutes of German law. Mostly foregrounded is the protection or restoration of a social validity claim – namely honour. At a conference of the Hanns-Seidel-foundation on April 6th 2016, experts deal with this problem to develop goal-oriented solution approaches.

The conference report summarizes the panels and introduces possible measures.
